- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Optional toppings: lettuce and tomato slices
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bell peppers, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties.
- Place each patty on a large piece of aluminum foil. Top with cheese and fold tightly to seal each packet.
- Cook on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Carefully unwrap packets and serve with lettuce and tomato slices.
