Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, chai spice blend, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Spread batter evenly into prepared baking dish. Optionally sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar on top.
