- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, chai spice blend, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared baking dish. Optionally sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown; check with a toothpick for doneness.
