Description

Delicious buffalo chicken pinwheels that are perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  4. Shred cooled chicken and fold into the cheese mixture along with chopped green onions.
  5. Spread filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving an inch around the edges. Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pinwheels in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.

  • Serve with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
