A delicious and creamy chicken fettuccine dish made in a slow cooker.

- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic, cubed cream cheese, and butter.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Once the chicken is tender, shred it in the slow cooker using tongs or two forks.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Boil fettuccine pasta until al dente. Drain and add to the crock pot. Stir until pasta is well coated.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or broccoli for additional flavor and nutrition.
