This delicious garlic parmesan beef crockpot recipe is perfect for a hearty meal.

- 1 pound beef sirloin or stew meat, cubed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- (Optional) In a skillet over high heat, sear steak bites until browned on all sides to lock in flavor.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir to blend.
- Add steak bites to the crockpot and pour the garlic parmesan sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until steak is tender.
- Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the steak before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or vegetables.
