Description

A delicious and easy recipe for chocolate peanut clusters made in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz almond bark (vanilla)
  • 12 oz chocolate chips (semi sweet)
  • 4 oz German sweet chocolate (baking bar)
  • 24 oz peanuts (salted)

Instructions

  1. Put almond bark, chocolate chips and German chocolate chunks in your slow cooker.
  2. Cover with peanuts, do not stir.
  3. Close lid and heat on high setting for 1 hour.
  4. Stir contents so all nuts are nicely coated.
  5. Use a tablespoon and scoop a heaping scoop full on to wax or parchment paper.
  6. Leave out in cool room to harden, or put in fridge to solidify faster. Enjoy.

Notes

  • These clusters can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Experiment with different types of nuts or add dried fruit for variation.
