- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures; gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow brownies to cool before cutting into squares. Serve warm if desired.
Notes
- These brownies are best served warm, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips for extra richness.
