Description

Delicious and nutritious overnight oats with chia seeds and blueberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 23 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Divide the rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, almond milk, and yogurt into 2 jars (or combine it all in a larger bowl).
  2. Mix it together until evenly combined, then stir in the blueberries.
  3. Add lids and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, add any toppings you want and more milk (if desired to thin out the oats). Enjoy!
