Description

A delicious cheesy garlic bread sandwich that pulls apart with gooey melted cheese!


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter and mix in the minced garlic and parsley to create a flavorful garlic butter.
  2. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-low and place the sandwiches buttered-side down.
  5. Grill until golden and cheese starts to melt, then flip and repeat.
  6. Press lightly with a spatula for an even melt.
  7. Slice and serve immediately for that perfect cheesy pull.
