A delicious creamy chicken noodle bake that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package (16-oz) egg noodles
- 3 cubes chicken bouillon
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add egg noodles to the boiling water and cook to al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together chicken bouillon and hot water. Add cream of chicken soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir in cooked pasta noodles.
- Spread the pasta mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or broccoli for added nutrition.
