Description

This recipe for steamed eggs in muffin cups is a simple and healthy way to enjoy eggs. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Spray inside of silicone muffin cups with olive oil spray.
  2. Pour cup of water into inner pot and lower trivet down.
  3. Place muffin cups on trivet. Crack 1 egg into each one.
  4. Close lid and steam valve and set to high pressure for 3 minutes. (timing will vary depending on size of your eggs and how runny you like them, 4 has more firm whites)
  5. Do a quick release and peel cups off egg and on to toast or plate.
