- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup lump crab meat, well-drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Fill each wonton cup with the crab mixture until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before sprinkling with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
Notes
- These wonton cups can be prepared a few hours in advance and baked fresh before serving.
- Feel free to customize the filling with additional ingredients like bell peppers or cheese.
