Description
Delicious grilled chicken skewers marinated in ranch dressing and served with extra ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs), cubed
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 oz ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and toss until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers (4-5 pieces per skewer).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C). Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top while hot, let rest briefly, then serve with extra ranch dressing if desired.
