- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup shredded corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Thousand Island dressing until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded corned beef and drained sauerkraut until well combined.
- Gently mix in the shredded Swiss cheese and chopped green onions.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
