- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced or garlic paste)
- 1 large lemon (juiced)
- 1 cup frozen peas (rinsed)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in lemon juice and bring to a simmer.
- Add peas to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon-garlic sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and chili flakes (if using).
- Serve warm.
