A refreshing mango salsa perfect for summer!
Ingredients

- 2 Mangos
- 1/2 cup Red onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes (diced)
- 3 key limes (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
Instructions
- First start by slicing the mangos into small bite sized pieces. I like to cut off the edges, and then cut off the skin. Then, cut into small diced chunks from there.
- Next, dice the red onion, slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the cilantro.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Add on the key lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix once more and enjoy. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

- Enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
