Ingredients

- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, honey, and chopped herbs to create the glaze.
- Spoon half of the glaze over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining glaze over salmon before serving.
