Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, honey, and chopped herbs to create the glaze.
  5. Spoon half of the glaze over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Drizzle remaining glaze over salmon before serving.
