Description

Delicious pinwheels made with tortillas, basil pesto, smoked provolone cheese, and deli turkey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 0 cup basil pesto
  • 8 slices smoked provolone cheese
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast (thinly sliced)
  • 0 cup cream cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  2. Spread pesto evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Optionally spread a thin layer of cream cheese over pesto.
  4. Layer smoked provolone slices evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Add turkey slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll tortillas tightly into logs and wrap in plastic.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm.
  8. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
