Pizza Enchiladas

Description

Delicious pizza enchiladas filled with cheese and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
  • 8 oz pizza sauce (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt (optional)
  • pizza fillings of your choice (sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Pour half of the pizza sauce into the bottom of the pizza dish.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt (if you choose to add it for flavor) on top of the pizza sauce.
  4. Start with one tortilla and add a handful of cheese to the center.
  5. Top cheese with just a bit of your favorite pizza toppings.
  6. Roll up and place into baking dish.
  7. Reserve 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella to top the enchiladas before baking.
  8. Repeat until all tortillas are used.
  9. After all tortillas are rolled up and placed into the baking dish, top with remaining pizza sauce and then with remaining mozzarella.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese on top is browned.

Notes

  • This recipe can be customized with your favorite pizza toppings.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like oregano or basil.
