Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, soak fresh mint leaves in milk over low heat until fragrant.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions until thickened.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips after churning.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least four hours or until firm.
