This layered banana caramel dessert is a delightful combination of cream cheese, caramel sauce, and crunchy Ritz crackers.

- 1 ½ cups Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 2 large ripe bananas (sliced)
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Blend softened cream cheese with half of the salted caramel sauce until smooth.
- In an 8×8-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Ritz crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: another layer of crackers, the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and more banana slices.
- Top with a final layer of crushed Ritz crackers.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, drizzle remaining salted caramel sauce on top and garnish with extra banana slices.
Notes
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- For variation, add chopped nuts between the layers for extra crunch.
