Description
A delicious garlic butter sirloin steak served alongside roasted baby potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak (1-inch thick)
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While the potatoes roast, season the sirloin steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; baste the steak with melted butter while cooking.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve alongside garlic butter potatoes.

- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the steak’s internal temperature for desired doneness.
- Optional: garnish with fresh herbs.
