Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg until well combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined—lumps are okay!
- Carefully fold in the diced strawberries.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin filling about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These muffins freeze well; just thaw before eating.
