- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
- Add the cooled espresso and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Dust each truffle with cocoa powder before serving.
