Description

This creamy buffalo vegan mayo is perfect as a dip or spread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup mixed herbs (dill, parsley, chives)
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegan butter in a pan or small casserole. Add onions and fry them for around 2 minutes. Then set aside.
  2. Take the bowl of a food processor or blender and add buffalo sauce, vegan mayo, mustard, and the fried onions. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Next and last, mix in chopped herbs.
