Description
This creamy buffalo vegan mayo is perfect as a dip or spread.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup mixed herbs (dill, parsley, chives)
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegan butter in a pan or small casserole. Add onions and fry them for around 2 minutes. Then set aside.
- Take the bowl of a food processor or blender and add buffalo sauce, vegan mayo, mustard, and the fried onions. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Next and last, mix in chopped herbs.
