Description

A flavorful marinade perfect for chicken.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour marinade into a bag and add chicken. Close bag and make sure the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Marinate chicken for 30-60 minutes in the fridge and then cook as desired.
