Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon dairy-free butter
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by melting some butter in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour to the pan and stir until it is well combined with the melted butter.
  2. Now gradually pour in some milk while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and gets a creamy texture.
  3. Add some minced garlic and Dijon mustard to the pan, then stir well to combine.
  4. Finally, finish this easy sauce by adding a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
