- 1 cup non dairy milk
- 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon dairy-free butter
- salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by melting some butter in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour to the pan and stir until it is well combined with the melted butter.
- Now gradually pour in some milk while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and gets a creamy texture.
- Add some minced garlic and Dijon mustard to the pan, then stir well to combine.
- Finally, finish this easy sauce by adding a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
