Description
A delicious beef salad topped with a creamy dressing and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced pickles
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickle slices
- 1/2 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Whisk to combine, then cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking up as it cooks, until browned. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- To assemble the salads, layer lettuce, some of the beef mixture, cheese, pickles, tomatoes, and onions. Drizzle with the prepared dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Notes
- This salad can be customized with additional vegetables as desired.
- Leftover dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
