Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and Dijon mustard.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well.
- Mix in chopped parsley, chives, crushed red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Whisk everything together until well combined.
