Description
A refreshing iced chocolate coffee drink topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso (hot or cold)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce (Hershey’s, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Ice
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 decorators bag
- 1 Wilton 1M tip
Instructions
- Combine the coffee, milk, chocolate sauce, and vanilla into the blender with ice.
- Blend this well until smooth, adding more ice if needed.
- If you prefer this to be sweeter, add additional chocolate syrup.
- If you would like to make the homemade whipped cream, use a stand mixer and add all ingredients to the bowl of the stand mixer.
- Attach the whisk attachment and whisk well until stiff peaks form.
- Place the whipped cream into a cake decorator’s bag with a Wilton 1M tip and add the whipped cream to the drinks.
- Once done, pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
- Serve.
Notes
- For an extra treat, drizzle more chocolate syrup on top before serving.
- Make sure all ingredients are cold for the best flavor.
