Description

Delicious and easy-to-make cheeseburger bombs filled with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and topped with a buttery garlic parmesan crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until slightly melted.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese filling into the center of each dough round.
  5. Carefully pull the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are puffed and golden brown.
  8. Allow them to cool slightly before serving. Serve with ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • Getting everything ready ahead of time makes assembling the cheeseburger bombs smooth and stress-free.
  • This step always reminds me of making homemade rolls during holidays, carefully sealing each one so all the delicious filling stays tucked inside.
  • The buttery garlic topping creates a golden crust packed with rich flavor.
  • The tops become crisp and cheesy while the inside stays warm, gooey, and savory.
