- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until slightly melted.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese filling into the center of each dough round.
- Carefully pull the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.
