Delicious grilled BBQ chicken wrapped in flatbreads with fresh veggies.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for serving)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 pieces flatbreads (or tortillas)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- On each flatbread, layer shredded lettuce, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle additional BBQ sauce if desired, then roll up the flatbread tightly.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
