A deliciously creamy smoothie made with whole milk, coconut milk, and sweetened with white chocolate and honey.

- 1 cup cold whole milk
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 3/4 cup whipped cream for topping
- 1/4 cup white chocolate curls or shavings for topping
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes while you prepare the smoothie base.
- Pour the cold whole milk, canned coconut milk, and vanilla yogurt into a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen banana slices, white chocolate chips, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sea salt to the blender.
- Top everything with the ice cubes, then blend on high until the mixture is very smooth, thick, and frosty, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste the smoothie and add a little extra honey if you prefer it sweeter, blending briefly to combine.
- Divide the smoothie between the chilled glasses, then garnish each with whipped cream, white chocolate curls, and toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately while icy cold.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe bananas for added sweetness.
- You can substitute any type of yogurt for a different flavor profile.
