Description

A deliciously creamy smoothie made with whole milk, coconut milk, and sweetened with white chocolate and honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate curls or shavings for topping
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes while you prepare the smoothie base.
  2. Pour the cold whole milk, canned coconut milk, and vanilla yogurt into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the frozen banana slices, white chocolate chips, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sea salt to the blender.
  4. Top everything with the ice cubes, then blend on high until the mixture is very smooth, thick, and frosty, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  5. Taste the smoothie and add a little extra honey if you prefer it sweeter, blending briefly to combine.
  6. Divide the smoothie between the chilled glasses, then garnish each with whipped cream, white chocolate curls, and toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately while icy cold.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe bananas for added sweetness.
